Cloud billing leader will be on-site at Mobile World Congress to present joint solution and engage operators seeking the modern billing capabilities needed to support emerging digital business models across the telecommunications industry
San Francisco, CA – February 23, 2023 – Aria Systems, the leader in helping enterprises grow subscription and usage-based revenue, today revealed the details of the company’s presence at Mobile World Congress, beginning February 27 in Barcelona. Aria will be on hand to showcase its best-of-breed Cloud BSS solution, developed jointly with Salesforce (learn more here). The company will also participate in a panel discussion alongside executives from Salesforce and Capgemini, which will explore how BSS transformation approaches are changing across the telecommunications industry. Finally, Aria will host an exclusive dinner and evening event for CXOs in attendance.
Mobile World Congress is the largest annual gathering of the world’s mobile technology ecosystem. Aria executives will be on-site discussing the capabilities of the company’s cloud billing platform and its ability to support communication service providers (CSPs) seeking to move beyond connectivity, engage new vertical market partners, and leverage 5G to grow revenue through the introduction of new usage-based service offerings.
“Aria continues to gain significant traction among global CSPs that recognize the need to adopt a best-of-breed approach to their BSS architectures and procure a flexible, adaptable, and cloud-native billing solution that can support a multi-partner environment and API-driven architecture,” said Tom Dibble, President & CEO at Aria Systems. “With the momentum generated by our presence at recent industry events, including Digital Transformation World, we are excited to join our partners Salesforce and Capgemini to once again engage the community of CSPs and showcase how Aria’s sophisticated platform can accelerate the creation of new digital business models.”
The Aria-Salesforce solution offers an integrated product catalogue, with configurable order management and streamlined customer management and billing automation, enabling a comprehensive concept-to-cash-to-care solution for legacy and next-generation services. With greater digital coordination required in the emerging era of software-defined 5G and fiber networks, the Aria-Salesforce solution gives CSPs a competitive edge that enables them to personalize services at scale, digitize all customer engagements and enable diversity beyond connectivity, all while enjoying the flexibility and cost-savings offered by a SaaS solution.
On day one of MWC at 1 PM, Akil Chomoko, Aria’s VP of Product Marketing, will join a panel discussion examining the shift from best-of-suite to best-of-breed for billing, CRM, and other BSS components, as well as the continued adoption of cloud-based applications. The session, titled “Transformation Perspectives,” will be chaired by Oisín O’Connor, Communications Industry Director at Salesforce, and will also include Abhishek Soni, CMT Portfolio Leader at Capgemini. The session will take place at the Salesforce Garden, which will be located between Halls 3 and 5, on the Upper Walkway Level. No registration is required.
